Design
Once SmartCon has presented an array of options to implement, you make your selections. We then create a wiring diagram for your facility, and move to install and program the desired functionality for your property’s room automation and thermostat controls. The various options, including light intensity, privacy and service notifications, heating/ cooling fan speeds and visitor annunciation can be specifically created to accommodate your taste.
Sourcing
Your time and resources can be stretched thin most days, so we’ll spare you the trouble of juggling multiple transactions and varying terms. First, we provide our potential clients with options; a presentation of cutting edge products from multiple vendors, while recognizing your potential budgetary concerns. You decide the products you want, we deliver.

Professional Services
As an experienced Systems Integrator our focus is on you the customer. Your investment in technology is only as good as the integrator who consults, designs, and deploys the system you have chosen for your building. We start with a comprehensive consultation and fact-finding mission to fully understand your goals and objectives. From there we take all of the information and design a system tailored specific to what you need. This proposal will be transparent with a clear scope of work. If the project is part of a larger new construction or renovation project, we will handle the coordination of our work with other trades and provide the submittals required. Every project has a schedule and a deadline. It is our commitment to you and everyone else on the project to work in lock step with the schedule and meet every deadline and milestone. If the project is a retrofit project into an existing building, we will coordinate with your team to ensure we are on time and on track every step of the way. Our installation capabilities have been honed through years of experience within facilities of all types. With dedicated Project Managers and Engineering support, we are able to identify most of the potential pitfalls ahead of time and create a deployment plan accordingly. The bottom line is, with our experience and knowledge, you should rest assured knowing you are in good hands.

Have you ever walked into a restaurant and waited 5 minutes or longer before your presence is even acknowledged? It’s not a good feeling and you may as well just turn around and walk right out the door. That is the last thing we want for our customers. Once your project is completed, you can be confident in the fact, our Smartcare team will be there when you need us ready to acknowledge your requests quickly and effectively. Technology investments often take time to reach full adoption. Our aim is to speed that process up and make you as comfortable with the system as possible. Outside of basic warranties, we offer multiple support plans giving you direct access to us so we can help you whenever you need it. Additional training? No problem, remote monitoring and assistance with the software? No problem. On-site visits when necessary to do a deeper dive and address any issues you may be experiencing? We’re there and ready to help whenever you need it.
